The Pacific Herringbone
Tracing back to Egyptian jewelry and the roadways of the Roman Empire, herringbone fabric takes its name from the intricate zig-zag pattern of its weave. Soft, comfortable and strong enough for years of wear, we make ours from midweight post-consumer recycled cotton with a flowing drape and a linen-like feel. To further reduce its environmental impact, we’ve also chosen a unique, dye-free manufacturing process that saves water and eliminates the need for harmful chemical dyes. Dressed up or down, we think of the Pacific Herringbone as our architect’s shirt—quietly sophisticated, it pairs form and function like any truly accomplished design. Cut to fit the female form, single-button cuffs and a scalloped hem that falls below the seat.
