Washing Guide

We recommend dry cleaning our wool sweaters. If dry cleaning isn’t available, gently wash by hand and lie flat to dry. Hanging a wet wool sweater may stretch it out of shape.

I have been wanting this sweater for years but the price has scared me off. I finally decided to go for it because I believe in the idea and I have lots of other pieces (almost everything I get on sale) that I love love love. I got the Merlot and the navy and they arrived today to MUCH anticipation ! They DO NOT disappoint! I got a small and I am 5’3 145ish lbs and they fit exactly the way I wanted them to. Cozy and room to layer but I’m not drowning in them. I am soooo happy I finally ordered them! I can tell they will be favorites of mine. I have to say I love this company. I now have 17 pieces and 2 pairs of wool socks. I have shirt dresses, shorts, tshirts, long sleeve tshirt, sweaters and coats. I’ve covered all seasons and weather here in Vancouver. Theses are clothes that will last years and outlast trends. Highly recommend. I am not one to leave a review but I feel I must with this company.

Beautiful color, but noticeably scratchy fabric.

I decided to come back a year later to tell you how this sweater fared. I've worn this sweater for at least 275 days. I would say it's far more than that as I'm in the north. Even in summer, the nights have often been cool. I've slept in it a few times as well. It has stood up amazingly. It gets hung up after I've worn it. If a window is open, it gets hung up in front of it or on the porch (even when it's freezing outside). This sweater has endured cold winters, sticky hands, coffee spills, spaghetti sauce, dog claws, being left behind in a theatre and more. I wash it in the washing machine on a gentle cycle, and cold water. I spot clean with cold water when something is spilt on it. I hang it to dry, and I've used a fine-tooth comb twice in this past year to get the woollies off. If you're expecting the softness of 100% cashmere, it's not that. But it's not the wool your grandmother used to make you that itchy scratchy one you wore at your parents' behest. It's far better. It's something you can wear camping and sleep in, and wear to work when you get back there in a few days' time. It's stylish and cozy, and not many clothes have that kind of range. I’ve worn it through a winter in Northern AB and BC with a scarf and beanie. No coat needed. This sweater is for everyone. Beautifully done. thank you.
