Repair Policy
Any manufacturing issues or defects will be processed with our 'No questions asked' repair policy.
Items damaged due to *regular wear that are within 1 year of the date of purchase will be supported on a case-by-case basis.

Quality Assurance
We design for quality and longevity, and we want you to get a long life of use from your Anián wares. If you find an item is in need of repair, please follow the steps below.
The Process
If you are local to one of our stores, you may drop your garment off, and we will take it to our preferred local tailor.
If you are not local, we may ask you to take it to your local tailor. This will reduce the carbon footprint of the garment and save us on shipping fees.
Any fees incurred at your local tailor will be reimbursed to the credit card used to make the purchase.

*Regular Wear means deterioration of the condition of the property that occurs under normal conditions of use.
