Holiday Return Policy

Purchases made between November 1st, 2025 and December 10th, 2025 are eligible for extended returns or exchanges until January 10th, 2026.

Purchases made on or after December 10th, 2025 will follow our standard 30-day return/exchange policy. Please be advised, all items must be returned with original tags still attached to the garment. Price labels must not be altered or removed. Removed tags will qualify for store credit only.

General Shipping Policy

Canada & USA: Free shipping on all orders over $150 before taxes.
Order under $150 a flat rate shipping of $12 for all orders.

USA Duties & Taxes: USA purchases are exempt from paying customs duties and taxes on our ANIÁN products. Should you receive a duty or tariff invoice, kindly contact our support team promptly for further assistance: support@anianmfg.com

International Shipping Policy

ANIÁN ships worldwide. Depending on your international location and region, a $25 flat rate shipping fee will apply to orders.

Duties & Taxes: All international orders outside of North America may be liable for paying the country of origin’s regulated duties and taxes. These duties and taxes are not determined or collected by ANIÁN. These charges are solely the responsibility of the customer to complete payment to their carrier, broker, or customs authority. All duties and taxes are non-refundable as per ANIÁN return policy.

Shipping Methods

ANIÁN ships with FedEx, Canada Post and other Curriers, selection will be determined based on order shipping address.

Our standard free shipping option will ensure parcel delivery within 3-10 business days. Upon making a purchase, you have the option to upgrade your parcel delivery to either of the two expedited shipping options:

  • Express $30: 2-4 business days
  • Priority $50: 1-2 business days

Please be advised, that these delivery dates are estimates and are based on business days. Weekend days are not included in these estimates.

Shipping Liability and Responsibility Disclaimer

ANIÁN is responsible for all shipped goods until the shipping company demonstrates receipt of the goods in their possession. Once the courier has accepted the package and scanned the goods, ANIÁN relinquishes all responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen packages during its transit to the destination or upon delivery of the goods.

In the event that you encounter any liability concerns associated with your package while in the custody of the courier company, please reach out to the courier to initiate a claim. Upon successful initiation of the claim process, please reach out to our online support team to provide an update on the progress of your claim.

Additional Shipping Insurance

If you would like additional protection coverage while shipping your order, your shipment can be insured for $15. Should a shipment be lost or stolen, reimbursement or replacement will be considered for insured shipments only. In-Store Pick-up Order Policy

All online orders placed for local in-store pickup must be collected within 7 days of the ready for pick up confirmation date. Orders not collected within the 7-day timeframe will be cancelled and refunded.

Please be advised that your Order Confirmation email does not signify that your order is ready for pickup. Please refrain from visiting the retail store until you receive a second Ready for Pick-up email confirming that your order is ready for collection.

Please visit the store prepared with your Ready for Pick Up email and photo identification. This is required to retrieve your order. If you wish for someone else to collect your order on your behalf, please inform the retail store or leave an order note at the time of checkout.

We are unable to change the pickup location to another store and pickup orders are not able to be shipped. If you need to change the pickup location or ship the order, contact the store where you placed it or our online support team to cancel the order and assist with placing a new one.
