Canada & USA

Free shipping on all orders over $99 before tax.
Flat rate shipping of $10 for orders under $99.

International

We love to send our goods abroad!
Some international locations are subject to a $25 flat rate shipping fee.
International orders placed outside of Canada and the United States may be subject to the duties and taxes of the customer's country of origin.

Shipping Methods

We ship via FedEx Express & Canada Post. Selection is based on your address.
At the time of purchase, you may wish to upgrade to Express ($30) or Priority ($50) for faster shipping.

Responsibility

ANIÁN is responsible for all shipped goods up until the shipping company demonstrates receipt of goods.
Once the courier has accepted the package & scanned the goods, ANIÁN relinquishes all responsibility.

In-Store Pickup Policy

Orders must be collected within 14 days of notification. Unclaimed orders will be canceled and refunded. A confirmation email and photo ID are required at pickup. To authorize someone else, notify the store in advance or leave a note at checkout.

Insurance

Your shipment can be insured for $15. Should a shipment be lost or stolen, reimbursement or replacement will be considered for insured shipments only.

General Policy

Returns & Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt of goods. All goods must be unwashed, unworn, and free of debris and odors.

  • Items on sale are final sale and not eligible for returns/refunds.
  • Gift cards are not eligible for return.
  • Extended discounts on previous purchases are not permitted.
  • All socks are final sale and not eligible for returns.
  • All holiday stockings are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • International orders outside of Canada are only eligible for refunds/exchanges through our online portal. Our retail locations are not able to accommodate international refunds/exchanges.

One complimentary exchange per order. Should you require a second exchange, shipping will be at your expense.

In-store Returns & Exchanges

  • Original receipt or order number is required to make any returns or exchanges in-store.
  • All transactions must be refunded to the original method of payment. No cash refunds will be offered.
  • All debit card refunds must have the original purchaser and card present during the refund. If this can't be accommodated, store credit will be issued.
  • Gift cards and store credit cannot be refunded.
  • Our retail locations are not able to accommodate international refunds/exchanges. Please apply through our online return/exchange portal.

Third-party Purchases

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased through third-party retailers. Please contact the original place of purchase for any inquiries regarding those orders.

Return Shipping Fees

Canada & USA: Flat rate return shipping fee of $15 for all online return/refund requests. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

International: Return postage is your responsibility.

Return Process

(Be advised it may take 3-5 business days for the return to be approved and up to 5 business days to process the return upon receipt of goods.)

Please note:

  • Late exchanges will be declined or charged a $15 restocking fee.
  • Returns in poor condition are subject to a $15 cleaning fee.
