Online Purchases:

You have 21 days of receipt of your purchase to exchange an item.  The date of receipt can be found on the tracking of your shipment.

If you forward the tracking of the return shipment to us we are happy to count the shipping date as the return date. This way you need not worry about shipping delays affecting the return timeline. Email: returns@anianmfg.com.

Please include in the return package a note with the following information:

  1. Name & Order Number.
  2. What would you like to exchange.
  3. What to do if we are sold out of your desired item.

Please Note:

  1. The return postage is your responsibility.
  2. Late returns will be declined or charged a $15 restocking fee.
  3. Returns in poor condition are subject to a $15 cleaning fee.

You will receive an email confirmation when we process your exchange.

 

Final sale items not eligible for returns:

  • Sale items, and
  • Masks, due to their intimate nature.

 

In-store Purchases:

Returns

You have 14 days of receipt of your purchase to qualify for a refund.  The date of receipt can be found on the tracking of your shipment. A purchase returned between 15 - 21 days after receipt of your purchase will receive store credit. After 21 days we may decline your return or charge you a $15 restocking fee.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment from the original purchase.

If the purchase was a gift store credit will be issued.

 

Shipping Instructions

1. Pack

  • We recommend the return be packaged in a similar fashion to how it was received. If possible reuse the Anian bag it arrived in.
  • Your item must be in the same condition as when it was purchased; Unwashed, unworn and free of odor & human/animal hair. Otherwise subject to $15 cleaning fee.
  • Include in your package: Name & Email, Refund or Exchange Request, Order Number

 

2. Ship

  • Return postage is your responsibility.
  • If the return is from outside of Canada, to ensure the deliver is not delayed, please:
    • leave the original mailing label on the package with "Return Goods to Canada" written across, OR
    • make sure to write the "Return Goods to Canada" on the commercial invoice.

3. Wait

  • Please allow 2-3 business days beyond receipt of returned parcel for the return to be processed.
  • A notification will be emailed as soon as the return is processed.
  • Store credit will be emailed in the form of a discount code.

All shipping and handling on orders below $100 is non-refundable. This includes the original purchase and any return or exchange thereafter.

Stolen/Misdelivered Packages: ANIÁN is responsible for all shipped goods up until the shipping company demonstrates receipt of goods. Once the courier has accepted the package & scanned the goods, ANIÁN relinquishes all responsibility.
