Holiday Return Policy

Purchases made between November 1st, 2025 and December 10th, 2025 are eligible for extended returns or exchanges until January 10th, 2026.

Purchases made on or after December 10th, 2025 will follow our standard 30-day return/exchange policy. Please be advised, all items must be returned with original tags still attached to the garment. Price labels must not be altered or removed. Removed tags will qualify for store credit only.

General Return Policy

  • All regular-priced items are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date or the date of delivery. Original receipt or order number is required. We are not able to accommodate any return requests without the receipt or order number.
  • Returns are only accepted for items in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and free from odours, scents or damage. Original tags and packaging must be included. Tag price labels must remain intact. Items returned without tags or price labels qualify for store credit only.
  • All discounted items up to 50% off are only eligible for exchange or return to store credit.

Final Sale Policy

  • All items discounted by 50% off or more will be considered final sale and not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.
  • Gift cards, store credit, and socks are considered final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Newly reduced sale items are eligible for a one-time sale price adjustment to store credit only, within seven days of the date of original purchase. Refunds are not permitted. The item must still be in-stock and must be available in the same colour and size. Any orders that have received a sale price adjustment but do not meet our general return policy will be considered final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit for the full amount.

Promotional Discount & Sale Code Policy

  • Circular & take10: These promotional codes are eligible to be carried over to one new order in the event that a refund or exchange is required. Only valid within the original 30 day purchase timeframe.
  • Sale Event Discount Codes: Any promotional discount codes applied to an order during one of our sale events will be eligible to be carried over to one new order only in the event that an exchange or cancelled order is required. These sale codes are only eligible to be carried over within the original 30-day purchase timeframe. Sale promotional discount codes will not be honoured outside of this timeframe.
  • BOGO Promotions: To be eligible for a return or exchange, both items purchased during a Buy-One-Get-One-Half-Off promotion must be present at the time of the exchange or refund. If you return a full-priced item, the 50% off item will be adjusted to its original price.

Third-Party Purchase Policy

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased through third-party retailers or wholesalers. For inquiries regarding such orders, please contact the original place of purchase.

Bulk Orders

  • Returns made on orders totaling $2,000 or more are subject to a $300 shipping and restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Online Refund Policy

All return requests can be submitted using our return portal, located here: Returns Portal

  • Canada & United States: Flat return shipping fees of $15 apply to all online returns. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • International: Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
  • At this time, we are unable to accommodate exchanges on online orders. All online exchange requests for regular-priced items will be refunded to the original method of payment. All refund requests must be within 30 days of the purchase date or the date of delivery. Once the return request is approved, a new order can be placed for the alternative item.
  • All qualifying sale item exchange requests will be issued store credit for the value paid.
  • Upon receiving an approved return request, the item must be in the possession of the shipping courier within five business days. Late returns or unauthorized returns will incur a $25 late fee, which will be deducted from the return amount.

Online Return Shipping Policy

  • All online returns are subjected to a $15 return and shipping/restocking fee.
  • All shipping charges incurred for an order are non-refundable once the order has been placed and upon the return of the goods.
  • The additional shipping protection insurance of $15 is non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
  • Any orders that are refused delivery by the customer and returned to the sender will be subject to a $25 fee, in addition to our standard online return shipping and restocking fees.
  • In the event of any damaged items, whether they are related to manufacturing or courier services, please contact our online support team at support@anianmfg.com for immediate assistance.
  • Requests for late returns outside the 30-day policy window will be subject to a late restocking fee of $25, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.
  • Returns in poor condition will incur a $25 restocking and cleaning fee.
  • ANIÁN is not responsible for any unauthorized returns that have been misplaced or damaged in our warehouse facility or while in courier transit.

International Orders Policy

  • USA purchases are exempt from paying customs duties and taxes on our products. Should you receive a duty or tariff invoice, kindly contact our support team promptly for further assistance: support@anianmfg.com
  • All international orders outside of North America may be liable for paying the country of origin’s regulated duties and taxes. These duties and taxes are not determined or collected by ANIÁN; instead, they are solely the responsibility of the customer to complete payment to their carrier, broker, or customs authority.

In-Store Return & Exchange Policy

  • Qualifying in-store and online returns can be accepted for return, exchanges or store credit within 30 days of purchase or delivery date. Original receipt or order number is required. We are not able to accommodate any return requests without the receipt or order number.
  • Our retail stores are able to accommodate exchanges while inventory permits at each location. Our retail stores are not able to accommodate holding items to complete exchanges at a later date. Exchanges should be completed promptly.
  • All qualifying regular priced items are eligible for a refund back to the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is not available, store credit will be issued. Cash refunds can not be issued for transactions placed using debit, credit, or gift cards. Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made to this policy.
  • Qualifying purchases made in-store will be eligible for online returns through our online return portal. Please be advised that return shipping and restocking fees apply.
  • Our retail locations are unable to accommodate international returns or exchanges. For all international refunds (including those from the United States) please visit our online return portal to initiate your return request.

In-Store Final Sale Policy

  • All items discounted by 50% off or more will be considered final sale and not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. No exceptions to this policy can be accommodated.
  • Gift cards, store credit, and socks are considered final sale and not eligible for refunds, or exchanges.
  • One exchange only per order.
  • Any discounted product samples, manufacturing seconds, or slightly damaged items available for sale in our retail stores are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
  • All late return or exchange requests will be subject to a $25 late restocking fee, which will be deducted from the original purchase amount.

Chargeback Policy

Notice Regarding Chargebacks and Payment Disputes:
By completing your purchase, you agree to our Refund Policy. If you are unsatisfied with your order or have not received your items, please contact our Online Support team support@anianmfg.com, 778-817-0574 first to resolve the issue.

Unauthorized chargebacks:
We take payment disputes seriously. Filing a “friendly fraud” chargeback - claiming an item was not as described, disagreement with our return policies, not receiving the order or a transaction was unauthorized when it was validly delivered - is a violation of our terms of service.

In the event of an unwarranted chargeback, ANIÁN reserves the right to:

  • Provide all transaction evidence (including IP addresses, shipping confirmation, and communication logs) to the issuing bank to contest the dispute.
  • Suspend or permanently ban the associated account from future purchase.
  • Report fraudulent activity to relevant credit bureaus or collection agencies.

We ask all our customers to work with us internally on resolving issues and disputes regarding order satisfaction.
