Inspired by the past but reimagined for the future, many of our favourite designs merge centuries of tradition with contemporary, low-impact materials. Made from a warm, durable and weather-resistant post-consumer recycled wool blend, this overcoat features a patterned herringbone weave that was a staple of British tailors on Savile Row. More formal than our other outerwear, the fit is classically tailored with enough comfort and freedom of movement for cold-weather layering. Made in our unique, dye-free process, the heavyweight wool is backed with a smooth, 100% recycled nylon lining, and the collar can be buttoned all the way up on blustery winter days.

Fabric and Features

• 17-oz (600 GSM) 80% post-consumer recycled wool/20% nylon herringbone outer is warm, durable and naturally weather-resistant
• Colours for the wool come from the original source garments; dye-free process saves water and eliminates harmful chemical dyes
• Smooth 100% recycled nylon lining for easy layering and comfort against the skin
• Notched lapel collar and five-button front; the collar can be buttoned to the top to hold out the wind
• Two welted front pockets and interior drop-in pocket

Our tailored fit has a structured, moderately slim cut that holds closer to the body while still allowing room to layer. To wear over bulkier layers, or to fit a more robust frame, we recommend moving up one size. See our sizing chart for further details.
