At home in the elements, the Tofino Wool Fleece is one of our most technical garments. With the natural weather resistance of post-consumer recycled wool, it’s a more sustainable version of the synthetic fleece that’s been an outdoor staple for decades. Offering the durability and warmth you need for everyday wear at the end of the road, the wool velour blend is softer to the touch than other weaves and is manufactured in our unique circular method that reduces wastewater and uses no additional chemical dyes. A waxed cotton shoulder yoke sheds water and provides extra comfort under pack straps; the tailored fit has a touch of extra space for layering.

Fabric and Features

• Warm 16-oz (540 GSM) 80% post-consumer recycled wool/20% nylon body is tough, warm and naturally weather-resistant
• Waxed 100% cotton shoulder yoke sheds water and offers extra durability
• Colours come from the original source garments; dye-free recycling process saves water and eliminates the use of harmful chemical dyes
• Front buttons are easy to do up with cold or gloved hands; two buttoned chest pockets sized to hold a phone or notebook

Our tailored fit has a structured, moderately slim cut. As an outer layer, the Tofino Wool Fleece has slightly more width through the body for comfort in layering. See our sizing chart for further details.

Wash in cold water, hang to dry, and wash only when necessary to preserve the natural properties of wool and extend the life of your garment.
