Return Instructions:

Please do not ship any additional items in the return. If you have applied for multiple returns, please ship multiple packages. Do not combine returns as this will cause a delay in processing. Any unauthorized return of items will incur a $25 return fee.

PACK: Carefully pack your items. You can reuse the ANIÁN packaging if it’s in good condition. Repack the item in its original state, button the items, and fold the clothing neatly before placing it in the package. Securely seal the shipment.

SHIPPING LABEL: Clearly label the outside of the shipment with the return label.

For USA returns, include a commercial invoice in a sleeve with the shipping label. If you don’t have a sleeve, request one at your FedEx depot when dropping off the shipment.

SHIP: All returns must be in the possession of the courier within five business days of the return approval date. Shipping labels will expire after this time and a new request will need to be made. We can not guarantee subsequent requests will be approved.

Upon receiving the return, it may take up to five business days to process your requested refund, exchange or store credit.
