** Canada Post strike update:
ANIÁN Returns and Exchanges are shipped with Canada Post and we aren’t able to provide alternative labels. If your return has been approved, a return extension is also approved until 2 weeks after the Canada Post strike is over. Please make sure the return is in its original condition, with tags, or it will be rejected or charged $15 cleaning and $15 restocking fee.
For exchanges, we recommend repurchasing your order. Once we receive your return we’ll provide you with a full refund. Please make sure to note you repurchased your exchange in your return application.

General Policy
Returns & Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt of goods. All goods must be unwashed, unworn, and free of debris and odors.
- Items on sale are final sale and not eligible for returns/refunds.
- All items must be returned with original tags still attached to the garment. Price labels must be unaltered or removed.
- Gift cards are not eligible for return.
- Extended discounts on previous purchases are not permitted.
- All socks are final sale and not eligible for returns.
- All holiday stockings are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- International orders outside of Canada are only eligible for refunds/exchanges through our online portal. Our retail locations are not able to accommodate international refunds/exchanges.
One complimentary exchange per order. Should you require a second exchange, shipping will be at your expense.
In-store Returns & Exchanges
- Original receipt or order number is required to make any returns or exchanges in-store.
- All transactions must be refunded to the original method of payment. No cash refunds will be offered.
- All debit card refunds must have the original purchaser and card present during the refund. If this can't be accommodated, store credit will be issued.
- Gift cards and store credit cannot be refunded.
- Our retail locations are not able to accommodate international refunds/exchanges. Please apply through our online return/exchange portal.
Third-party Purchases
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased through third-party retailers. Please contact the original place of purchase for any inquiries regarding those orders.
Return Shipping Fees
Canada & USA: Flat rate return shipping fee of $15 for all online return/refund requests. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
International: Return postage is your responsibility.

Return Process

(Be advised it may take 3-5 business days for the return to be approved and up to 5 business days to process the return upon receipt of goods.)
Please note:
- Late exchanges will be declined or charged a $15 restocking fee.
- Returns in poor condition are subject to a $15 cleaning fee.
