The Tofino Wool Fleece
Thriving in the raw elements of the West Coast, the new Tofino Wool Fleece is one of our most technical garments. With the natural weather resistance of post-consumer recycled wool, it’s a less harmful version of the synthetic fleece that has been an outdoor staple for decades. Offering the strength and warmth you need for everyday wear at the end of the road, the wool velour blend is softer to the touch than other weaves and is manufactured in our unique circular method that reduces wastewater and requires no additional chemical dyes. The front snap buttons are easy to do up with cold or gloved hands, and the two snap-closure pockets are sized to hold a phone or notebook. With a curved hem and our traditional tailored fit, we’ve also added our tin cloth waxed cotton over the shoulder yoke to shed water and provide extra durability under pack straps or a dry bag.

We make the Tofino Wool in a standard fit; additional room in the shoulders and torso offers more freedom of movement and allows easy layering on colder days. See our sizing chart for further details.Hand wash in cold water and hang to dry. To reduce energy and water use, we recommend washing only when necessary. Less washing also gives your garments a longer life.
